Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used e-liquids, pods, or disposable vapes cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

E-liquids, cartridges, or disposable vapes once opened.

Clearance or promotional sale items.

Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
